Order Acceptance
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless agreed
to by
Perfect Sound Instrument Shop. Payment must be received by Perfect Sound Instrument Shop prior to
Perfect Sound Instrument Shop's acceptance of an order. Perfect Sound Instrument Shop is not responsible for
pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by Perfect Sound Instrument Shop and reserves the right to
cancel any orders resulting from such errors. Charges will appear on your card as
"perfectsoundinstrumentshop.com"
Return and Refund
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by
phone or
email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write
this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the opened/unopened product to our
fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you received the
product. In order for your refund to be processed the opened/unopened product must arrive at our
fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. You pay for
return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct
information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank
account and may take up to 3-7 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of
the processing bank.
We are unable to accept returns/exchanges if:
Item(s) were a final sale item
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or
exchange:
Place unopened/opened items in a box with email
confirmation/RMA# or
original receipt and a note detailing your preference for either exchange or refunds. We cannot
process an exchange or refund unless you provide return tracking information. Note: If the customer
is within their 30 days the customer can return item(s) for a full refund.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your purchase, or in the form of store
credit. Refunds cannot be issued to an alternative credit card, account, or payment method. Once
we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your exchange or refund
request within 48 hours.

delivery. You will not be billed further and if you have any questions or concerns you can reach

Standard Shipping:
Your order will be shipped by USPS Standard Shipping, you
will not be
charged shipping on your order from Perfect Sound Instrument Shop. Your package will be shipped by USPS
and will arrive in 5-7 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on
Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
30 Day Refund Policy:
Opened/Unopened Merchandise can be returned within 30 days
from
delivery date to receive a full refund.
